Second & Fourth Sunday Monthly @ 8:30 – 9:30am

CLASS DETAILS:

This class utilizes rebounding boots to exercise to the beat of music. Boots provided. * Select Boot Size and add to cart above to reserve.

Please arrive 15 min early to make boot adjustments and to get acclimated.

Check in with me via phone/text one hour prior to class if we’re experiencing rainy weather.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS:

You are required to fill out an online Release and Waiver of Liability Form prior to class.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR CLASS:

Wear medium to thick long socks (mid shin height). Bring a water bottle and a towel.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS:

Classes are 45 minutes. In each class the 45-minute session includes a warm-up that flows into various exercises such as leg curls, knee ups, jumping jacks, high knees, and more that would mimic the actual workout, followed by a cool down.

The great thing about this workout is that it is easy on your joints unlike other explosive or high intensity exercise programs that can be hard on your joints. Most importantly, you will have fun while burning more calories than you would without the shoes which make this workout a must-try.

Kangoo Jumps boots are safe for jogging/running, athletic training, group fitness classes, home fitness, weight loss and rehabilitation in some cases..

ABOUT KANGOO JUMPS:

Kangoo Jumps is a highly motivating program that is the leading brand for safe mobile rebound exercise.

Kangoo Jumps utilizes rebounding boots that kind of resemble inline skates without wheels underneath them. Instead they have a half moon looking shell underneath them with a horizontal T-Spring between. The undersides of the boots have soles that provide traction to help you remain stable as you bounce, which is like having a mini-trampoline under you.

These boots weigh around 6 pounds a pair, with a weight capacity of approximately 300 pounds. They are one of the world’s lowest impact shoes, reducing up to 80% of joint impact during athletic activity. They are also designed to challenge all fitness levels as well as the whole body.

They are good for building muscular strength, coordination, cardio-respiratory endurance and balance simultaneously.

Kangoo Jumps rebounding workouts are great for your lymphatic system (getting fluids moving and eliminating toxins from the body). They also burn lots of calories, promoting faster weight loss while reducing training time and the likelihood of overtraining.

Kangoo Jumps is an interval training program consisting of a series of simple exercise progressions taught in a 32 count format to music. These movements are repeated at various levels of intensity and then combined together.

A new movement combination is then developed and added to the first. The end result is a chain of movements composed of multiple combinations or blocks that are linked together to form a non-stop multi-level workout.
