My personal training program includes a basic fitness assessment to determine how to safely begin and maintain an effective exercise regimen. My goal is to develop an exercise program specifically designed to accommodate your personal health history, needs, limitations and goals. I will provide motivation, encouragement and accountability every step of the way.
My main focus on working with fitness clients is enabling them to move with muscular effectiveness, efficiency and strength regardless of what their outside activities are.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with over 8 years of experience and success with clients who lost weight, toned-up and got their lives back on track.
I will provide motivation, encouragement and accountability every step of the way.
